While many artists come out in the dark and are impossible to see, the day glo effect that Chris Brown had made him mysterious and standout at the same time. He’s been heavily featured in the soundtrack to my life since he first came out in 2005, so to finally see him live was amazing. When Chris came out, I was beyond excited. Tory Lanez got the crowd going with performing his own songs, like “Love,” and some of his favorite throwback classics, like Soul For Real’s “Candy Rain,” Bell Biv Devoe’s “Poison” and Jagged Edge’s “Where The Party At.” Ty Dolla $ign was up first, performing a medley of his hits and features, including “Or Nah,” “Paranoid” and “Psycho.” All photos by Ariana LaBarrie/fresh pair of iisĪfter having to cancel his Columbus show the night before due to illness, Chris powered through and brought his Indigoat tour to the United Center, along with a few friends.
